I remember I was two weeks into the business when my cousin (Alex Gonzalez) invited me to a productivity school in San Jose, Ca. led by Bill Pipes, who would become my first Real Estate Coach.

Alex mentioned to me that if I wanted to be successful in sales, I needed to have a coach. On the first day during the first break, I remember standing up, walking to the back table, and signing up for a one-on-one coach with a one-year commitment and $1,000 a month at 21 in 2021. I remember having a credit card with a $5000 limit and no money in savings with a $1,500 mortgage at the age of 20. I had to make this work.
